The PAC® Steel Reinforced Pallet is built for plants where weight and impact are the limiting factor — solid blocks, RE blocks and other dense fly ash or cement products that flex and crack lighter pallets over time. A 12mm steel tube frame (2.5-3mm wall thickness) runs through the same high-density plastic and alumina oxide composite used across the PAC® range, adding rigidity without sacrificing the water and termite resistance the boards are known for.
Every board is individually moulded to your Multi Product Vibro machine, so it sits flat under load and releases cleanly cycle after cycle. It carries the same 40% buyback replacement policy as the rest of the PAC® range, used by 4,000+ manufacturers across 200+ cities in India.

What Goes Into the Board

What makes this pallet different from the others?
It’s the only board in the PAC® range with an embedded 12mm steel tube frame (2.5-3mm wall thickness), on top of the standard 62% mixed plastic, 23% alumina oxide and 15% XLP metal composite — giving it the highest rigidity in the range.
How long does it last?
7 to 8 years under normal production use — the longest service life of any PAC® pallet — backed by Rajratan’s 40% buyback replacement policy.
Which machine should I use it with?
It’s built for Multi Product Vibro Machines, and is used for fly ash bricks, pavers, hollow blocks, solid blocks, RE blocks and other fly ash / cement based products.
What thickness should I order?
It’s available in 25mm and 30mm thickness. Share your machine type and mould size and we’ll mould the right fit — custom sizes are available on order.
Will it bend under heavy solid blocks?
No — the embedded steel tube frame is specifically there to resist the higher impact and weight loads of solid block and RE block production, where lighter pallets tend to bend or crack.
