Top Press Hydro Machine
Fibre Reinforced boards (12–21mm) handle the press loads of fly ash bricks, reflective pavers and parking tiles on top-press machines.
Vibrating Table System

Imported Vibro Machine
Metal Reinforced boards (18–25mm) absorb the high-frequency shock of imported vibro lines producing all types of pavers.

What is a Paver Block Pallet made of?
PAC® paver pallets are composite boards made from industrial-grade mixed plastic (PP, LDPE & HDPE), alumina oxide and XLP metals — pressed and individually moulded to match your machine and mould size for a flat, consistent surface every cycle.
How long does a paver block pallet last?
Up to 10 years depending on grade and machine — Fibre Reinforced gives 3–4 years, Metal Reinforced 5–6 years and Steel Reinforced 7–8 years. All are covered by a 40% buyback replacement policy.
Which machine is the pallet compatible with?
PAC® paver pallets work with Top Press Hydro Machines, Vibrating Table Systems, Imported Vibro Machines, Hydro Vibro Machines and Multi Product Vibro Machines. The right grade depends on your machine’s load and vibration level.
Are the pallets waterproof and UV resistant?
Yes — every PAC® paver pallet is 100% waterproof, UV resistant, termite proof and fire resistant. They do not crack, deform or degrade under repeated outdoor production cycles.
What thickness should I choose for my paver machine?
Thickness ranges from 12mm to 30mm depending on the board grade. Tell us your machine type and mould size and we will manufacture the exact size — custom sizes are available on order.
